Assignment Overview
Perform an anonymous evaluation of the Parking Lot, Sales Floor, Produce, Bakery, Service Deli, and Meat departments, then make a purchase at checkout.

Employee interactions in each department are mandatory. If an employee is not present in an area of the store you’re assessing, find a manager, cashier, employee in another aisle, or an employee behind a service counter and ask them to find someone who can assist you.
