Assignment Overview
You will visit your assigned pet boarding facility, present a scenario about your interest in pet boarding services, and tour the location. You will evaluate the store presentation, associate knowledge, and customer service received.

In your scenario, you must indicate you have at least one of the following: DOG, DOG AND CAT, OR MULTIPLE DOGS AND CATS. If you do not actually own a dog and/or cat, you must be able to prepare a scenario ahead of time that will allow you to accurately and convincingly speak about your pet and your reasons for wanting to use the facility’s services.
