Assignment Overview
Visit a pOpshelf store to evaluate store cleanliness, stock levels, pricing, and how associates engage with you and other customers. You must arrive between 11am-6pm, spend at least 15 minutes in the store, wait at least 8 minutes for assistance within view of associates, ask a question of the associate about an item not close to where you’re standing, discreetly take photos of certain items and displays, and make a purchase to get a receipt.

Your entire visit from the moment you walk in the doors until the moment you depart is captured by store video, and you cannot remain in the program if the details of your shop do not match store video. Any visit with an arrival before 11am or after 6pm and/or that does not last at least 15 minutes and include a proper interaction with an associate cannot be accepted or paid.
