Detail Garage Retail Visit – Pilot Stores

Overview

Detail Garage is a vehicle detailing retailer. For this shop:

• You will visit your assigned store and indicate that you are looking to take better care of your vehicle, then evaluate the customer service received and the products that are recommended.
• You must be prepared to speak about your vehicle and answer any questions the associate might ask about your detailing knowledge, the project you are working on, etc.
• You must purchase at least one of the products recommended by the associate.
• You are required to have a vehicle present with you at the location, and the vehicle must be in good working order (runs well, appearance is neat; no dents, missing paint, or missing parts).
