Assignment Overview
This shop requires you to visit the sushi bar at an assigned grocery store location during the timeframe indicated, from 3:30PM – 5:30PM local time. A guest is not required. You will evaluate the sushi bar area, sushi chef interaction and product knowledge, food quality, and overall experience. You will also be required to take several photos and upload an itemized receipt.

You MUST purchase and evaluate a sushi entree for your shop to be valid. The survey asks you to evaluate food quality, however if you don’t like fish, you may purchase a sushi item that does not contain fish (e.g., veggie roll) OR have a friend/family member eat the sushi and provide the details of the food quality evaluation.
