Assignment Overview
This shop requires you to visit the sushi bar at an assigned grocery store location between. You MUST go between 3:30 – 5:00 PM and arrive at least 15 minute before the end of the timeframe to ensure you have enough time to complete the shop.

A guest is not required. You will evaluate the sushi bar area, sushi chef interaction and product knowledge, food quality, and overall experience. You will also be required to take several photos and upload an itemized receipt.

You MUST purchase and evaluate a sushi roll for your shop to be valid. If you don’t like fish, you may purchase a sushi roll that does not contain fish (e.g., veggie roll) OR have a friend/family member eat the sushi roll and provide the details of the food quality evaluation.
