Assignment Overview
You and one adult guest will visit the assigned Cap’t Loui Seafood location as a walk-in guest (no reservation). You will be assigned a dinner timeframe and must go during that timeframe on your assigned shop date. You will wait for a table to be available in the dining room. You will evaluate the location, staff service, and food and beverages. Photos of your food and beverages are required.
