Assignment Overview
This shop is a photo audit. You will visit the assigned hotel to take photos of the meeting and event signage (wall placards outside rooms, digital screens or monitors in the lobby, easel signs or posters/banners, etc.). The goal is to capture the names of outside groups and companies hosting events at the hotel that day. Your survey must be completed the same day, promptly after visiting the hotel. You will upload your photos into the survey.

Before you sign up, please note:

• These shops CANNOT be rescheduled! Each shop will present only one date option available for you to select and sign up for. Please ONLY sign up if you can commit to completing this shop on the specific date indicated.
• You must have a cell phone capable of taking clear, quality photos. The goal of this shop is data collection through photos. We must be able to read the information in the photos to see what meetings and events are being held at the hotel that day.
• It is extremely important that this shop does not cancel once assigned. If you sign up for this shop and are then unable to complete it on the assigned date, it is preferrable that you find a backup person to go in your place (friend, spouse, etc.). Cancellations will impact your ability to complete future shops for this project and with CX Group.

This should be a quick and easy shop that requires no staff interaction. If available in your area, you can sign up for a route of multiple hotel photo audits to complete all on the same day, to maximize your time and payment. Do not complete any shops without confirmation they are assigned to you and without seeing them in your My Shop Status – Scheduled queue. If you are interested in route opportunities for this project, please email hotelshops@cxgroup.com to be connected with a scheduler.
