Assignment Overview
You will visit an assigned Home Depot store and locate the Sunnova table and Sunnova associate. Sunnova is a solar energy services vendor. You will observe the table and associate, and then interact with the associate to evaluate the customer service received. You will not schedule an appointment, but will act interested in doing so up until the very end of the interaction.

The shop instructions will explain how to proceed with your evaluation depending on where and when you locate the Sunnova table and Sunnova associate in the store. The entire shop must be completed in the indicated timeframe, so you must arrive at least 30 minutes before the end of the timeframe to make sure you have enough time.
