Assignment Overview

The Comcast Universal Sphere is a cinematic experience featuring a short film (10-15 minutes) presented in a dome theater. You will visit the location to view the film and evaluate your experience. Tickets are free. You will evaluate the reservation process, staff interaction, theater experience, follow-up received after the event, and overall impression.

For this shop, you will be assigned a specific shop type that includes:

• An assigned reservation mode: you will either register online in advance or on-site upon arrival, and you may be instructed to register using your email address or cell phone number specifically.
• You may be instructed to present a specific special situation.

You MUST register using the assigned reservation mode AND present the specific special situation if you are assigned one.
