Apartment Visit + Web Inquiry, Targeted

Assignment Overview
You will submit a web inquiry to the assigned apartment complex to present a scenario, ask a question, and express interest in scheduling an appointment. You will see if you get a response within 24 hours and proceed with scheduling an appointment for your assigned shop date. You must schedule your appointment with the assigned associate indicated in your shop confirmation email. You will then visit the property on your scheduled date and time to take a tour, and evaluate the location appearance and the leasing associate’s knowledge. You will monitor for follow-up for 24 hours after.

When selecting a shop date, please keep in mind:

• You must submit your web inquiry within 24 hours of being assigned to this shop (M-F, 9am-5pm, and at least 1 day in advance of shop date) AND you must fill out the web inquiry portion of your survey immediately upon completing that step of the shop, so that BestMark can track your shop progress. Select a shop date that will allow you to follow this timing requirement!
• In other words – you will need to submit your web inquiry either the same day you are assigned to this shop or the morning of the next business day, and then fill out the web inquiry section of your survey immediately after that.
• Business hours may vary by location; look up property’s hours online before submitting your inquiry.
• If you select a Monday shop date, you MUST submit your inquiry on the preceding Friday before 5pm. If it is currently Saturday or Sunday and you want to sign up for this shop, do not select a Monday shop date, please select Tuesday or later so that you will be able to submit the inquiry on Monday.
• If after being assigned this shop you discover the property is not open on the day you would need to submit your inquiry, contact your scheduler to reschedule.

**This is a TARGETED mystery shop. The scenario in your shop confirmation email will include the name of a specific associate. You MUST ask to schedule your appointment/tour with this associate, or your shop will not be valid.**

To be eligible for this shop, you or your immediate family members cannot currently nor have ever worked for or lived at any Bernstein property.
