Assignment Overview

The Comcast Universal Sphere is a cinematic experience featuring a short film (10-15 minutes) presented in a dome theater. You will visit the location on your assigned shop date and make a same-day, onsite reservation to view the film. You will use your email address to make the reservation. Tickets are free. You will evaluate the reservation process, staff interaction, theater experience, follow-up received after the event, and overall impression.

You will also visit the Comcast Experience video wall to watch the Holiday Spectacular show. This is a free 15-minute special feature during the holiday season that is located down the street from the building where the Sphere is located. You must visit BOTH areas and watch BOTH shows for your shop to be valid.
