Assignment Overview
Present an assigned scenario to ensure associates are connecting with clients, asking needs-based questions, and recommending solutions to help clients meet their needs. Every shop will have a different assigned scenario; check your shop confirmation for every shop you complete. Get a business card (or brochure if no business cards) after the conversation, and write your shop date on it before uploading it as proof of shop.
