Assignment Overview
Visit Produce, Meat, Deli/Bakery, Dairy, Front End (checkout), and the restroom to make anonymous observations of stock levels, cleanliness, and customer service to ensure standards are being met. Review your shop confirmation for the store and address to visit. Purchase 3 or more different/unique items (each with a different/unique barcode) totaling a minimum of $9 or more after all discounts and coupons, and get a receipt.

NOTE: You are NOT permitted to conduct any other mystery shop or grocery order work (such as Instacart or DoorDash) at the same time you’re conducting a grocery store evaluation. Your only focus must be this evaluation in the store to ensure your report can be accepted and paid.

You are permitted to complete up to 15 visits at the same store per year. Please pace your visit schedule so you have consistent opportunities to shop stores in your area throughout the year.
