Assignment Overview
Visit Scooter’s Coffee to anonymously observe customer service, product quality, and content and placement of promotional marketing materials. You will be assigned a visit type (in-store or drive-thru) and specific time of day and must order from an allowed list of items.

Photos are required and are the most important part of this assignment. Do not accept this assignment if you think you will be unable to take all required photos correctly per the shop instructions.
