NOTE: The Pickup program is being redeveloped this year to prepare it for a more central role in the program in the future. To accommodate that, competitive Pickup shops will be paused for the remainder of the year. All areas are expected to return at full strength starting in February 2026.

Assignment Overview
Place an online order and pick it up at the assigned store to make anonymous observations of timing, freshness, bagging protocol, and customer service to ensure standards are being met. Review your shop confirmation for the store and address to visit. Purchase at least 8 different items totaling $25 or more, and upload a copy of a receipt showing the final total paid after substitutions and out of stocks.
